Who Should attend the VAA Convention and Trade Expo? Owners, Managers, Key Employees. We have something for everyone. Bring your Spouse, bring your family and enjoy all The Lodge and Colonial Williamsburg have to offer.

How much does it cost to attend the Convention? The total cost per person is $199, which includes everything on the schedule except golf. Children age 6- 12 can attend for $90 per child, which includes all meals on the schedule. (ages 0-5 are free).

My spouse wants to come, but won’t attend the Education sessions on Saturday– how much for her to come? The Registration fee of $199 is for everyone, and basically covers the costs of the meals and receptions. There is no cost for the education sessions.

Can I buy tickets at the door? No, everyone must register in advance.

How much is a room at The Lodge? Our special rate is $205/night single or double (plus taxes)Includes self-parking, 2 Passes to the Historic District
