The following is a rental agreement that is required before we will deliver containers to the desired location. Please review the following terms:
Unacceptable Materials:
Any hazardous materials including but not limited to asbestos containing materials, paints, liquids, solvents, household hazardous waste, sludge’s, dead animals, fluorescent light bulbs, electronics, tires, appliances and yard waste. You will be charged based on the quantity, origin and level of contamination of unacceptable materials.
Some of these items we can accept at our transfer station for information on how to get rid of all unacceptable materials contact Cook County Planning and Zoning at (218)387-3630.
Loading Containers:
Please load containers evenly and try to fill the boxes as close as possible to level full. We need to tarp the containers in order to move them. Containers that are too full to tarp will have items pulled out and left at the work site.
Property Waiver:
North Shore Waste is not liable for damage of any nature or kind incurred by my request to move past the curb line or right away limits and acknowledge willingness to cost in repairing damaged property. North Shore Waste is not liable for any damage that the weight of the boxes and/or trucks may cause to the surface it is being placed on.
Please provide written signature by printing this page off and faxing it to 218-387-1026, scanning it and emailing it to dustin@nswaste.com, dropping it by our office located at 72 Eliasen Mill Road, Grand Marais, MN 55604, or complete the following electronic agreement.
I have read and understood the above terms and conditions and agree to comply and pay all the above terms. I agree not to hold North Shore Waste responsible for any circumstances beyond their control on each roll off I rent now and for all future projects.
